Big Shanty Festival

The Annual Big Shanty Festival is a town festival that has been held for more than 32 years in Kennesaw Georgia. The festival attracts over 50,000 people from all arround North Georgia.

The Big Shanty Festival begins with a parade through downtown Kennesaw. The festival includes  entertainment, food, Arts and Craft sales and all types of childrens activities.

The Kennesaw Optimist Club has been selling Bar-B-Que for over 25 years at this yearly town celebration. Nobody has ever left hungry or disappointed.
